"Dear General Manager,I wanted to compliment you and your staff on a job well done this weekend! I brought my youth group on a ski trip and we stayed at your hotel on Friday and Saturday night. The rooms were in great condition and housekeeping had done a wonderful job! My best experience was with Taylor at the front desk...she did everything in her power to help us in every way possible! She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Also, the bar tender both nights was great! She loved making me and my girls perfect "virgin" strawberry daiquiri's! Also, we had housekeeping change the sheets and clean extra hard in our suite for my in-laws who were using our "free" third night...they said everything was great and the room was extremely clean! The kids were amazed by the size of their bunk bed rooms and loved swimming in the pool! Thanks so much for a great promotion and an excellent stay! We will be back again next year!"

"We had a lovely stay Saturday night, the bed was as comfortable as home, and the pillows...my husband became ill after we made reservations and we had to cancel, then he felt better and we had to rebook and delt with a wonderful young lady by the name of Kendria, so easy to work with and very helpful. The breakfast was unbeleivable, hot, delisious and lots of variety. We will be back. Thank you Kendria."

"The entire staff at Stoney Creek is exceptional to work with. It is very comforting to get the same customer service, courtesy and professionalism all of the time…Mike, our bartender is “da bomb!” He even remembered my drink of choice from last year… impressive. Our company sends you weekly business when we have students in town."

"We had a very nice stay. My children loved the pool area. There was a microwave, fridge in the room, and we had no prolems with the internet in our room with our laptops. I really like the lodge decor. This hotel is located on the river and there a path you can walk along."
